Request Deletion of Your Data

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. We will process your request within 30 days.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, please:

  1. Send an email to support@apexsuiteai.com
  2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
  3. Include your registered email address and full name
  4. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days

What Gets Deleted:

  • Your account and profile information
  • Contacts you've added
  • Messages, notes, and content you've created
  • Activity history and usage data
  • All personal data associated with your account

What We May Retain:

We may retain minimal information required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes (anonymized where possible).

Facebook/Instagram Connected Data

If you've connected your Facebook or Instagram account, we will disconnect your social media accounts and delete all data obtained through these connections as part of the deletion process.
